Giving management a valuable metric to diagnose reoccurring problems and to help define internal areas of improvement. One of the key built in features to the scale is permission to dump. Only after a scale entry is completed can an operator dump product. This ensures accountability and accuracy are achieved. The custom application we provide is the bridge between data stored on the scale and a designated computer. Allowing you to make parameter changes at any time and export the data into spreadsheet format. Set data parameters include Date, Time, Weight and automatic Tare. You then have up to twelve additional data fields that the user can set or change at any time. Each data field can also be set up with a drop menu or pick list. Allowing you to pre-populate information for ease of operation and accuracy for personnel. Examples would be Shift, Operator Name (password optional), Line, Reason, Location and Product Code to name a few. These are some of the possible setpoint fully customizable depending upon your needs and requirements.
